1. Shipping Costs

Germany (Standard Shipping): €4.99

Germany (Express Shipping): €5.99

International Shipping (EU): €14.90

International shipping within the European Union is currently available for the following countries:

Italy, Austria, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Poland.

2. Shipping Service Provider

Shipping is reliable and insured with DHL.

As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with your personal tracking number for parcel tracking.

3. Delivery Times

Germany

Delivery time: 2–4 working days

EU Countries

Delivery time: 5–8 working days

Please note that in individual cases (e.g. on public holidays or during high order volumes), delivery times may be slightly longer.

4. Processing Time

Standard shipping:
Processing time of 1–3 working days

Express shipping:
Processing and shipping within 24–48 hours

Processing time begins after successful payment receipt.

5. Da Meso Shipping (Local Same-Day Delivery)

For customers in our region, we also offer our local courier service "Da Meso Shipping".

Minimum order value: €20.00
Delivery area: up to 20 km radius

Orders received by 8:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.

Shipping costs: €9.99

6. Delivery Options

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

  • DHL Standard Shipping (delivery to your home address)

  • Delivery to a DHL Packstation

  • Delivery to a post office

  • Da Meso Same-Day Delivery (regionally available)

7. Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track the current status of your delivery online via DHL at any time:

8. Refusal of Acceptance / Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery is refused without a valid reason, not collected, or cannot be delivered due to reasons for which the customer is responsible, and is returned to us, we will charge a return fee of €5.90.

Upon receipt and processing of the return, you will receive a corresponding notification.
