1. How does cash on delivery work?
With the Cash on Delivery service, the recipient will only receive the DHL parcel after paying the specified amount. The collected amount will be transferred to the account specified by the sender. This way, you, as the sender, can be sure that you will receive your money.

4. Can I return the goods I ordered?
Yes, of course. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
5. Can I cancel my order?
For all change or cancellation requests, please send an email to: info@da.meso.de
Please be sure to include your full name and order number.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You can still request a refund upon arrival.
6. Who bears the return costs?
The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

7. What is Dameso Shipping?
Orders with a minimum value of 15 € within a radius of up to 20km can until 8 p.m. delivered on the same day.
