How do I register as a seller?

You create your account using the "Register as a seller now" button. Afterwards, you set up your profile and submit it for review.

Which products are allowed?

Basically, legal products are allowed. Counterfeit brand articles, prohibited goods, or products without sales authorization are not allowed, among others. In case of doubt, we clarify this before activation.

Who handles shipping?

You can ship your products yourself. Depending on the agreement, alternative shipping solutions are also possible. The shipping model can be adjusted later.

How does billing work?

All sales are documented in the seller dashboard. There you can transparently view orders, fees/commissions, and payout overviews.

What is the sales commission?

The commission depends on the category and cooperation. Write us a short message – we will send you the current conditions.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You determine your selling prices yourself and can offer promotions or discounts within the platform's rules.

How do I upload products?

After activation, you can create products in the seller area. Images, description, and variants can be edited directly there.

Where can I see my orders?

All orders appear in the dashboard including status, customer data, and shipping information.

Can I use my own invoices?

Depending on the settings, invoices can be generated automatically or your own documents can be used. We help you with the appropriate setup.

What happens with returns?

Returns are processed according to your shipping model. For self-shipping, the return goes directly to you; for alternative models, the agreed processes apply.
