Also vornherein ich bin kein gekaufter Kommentar oder ein Bot, ich muss sagen ein sehr sehr netter und kompetenter Verkäufer. Ich habe ein Parfüm bestellt und dieses kam leider defekt an (wofür der Verkäufer nichts konnte, da alles versiegelt war). Daraufhin Kundensupport angemailt und eine Bitte für den Rückruf erhalten, dort hat man mir einen Ersatz versprochen und die Ersatzlieferung lief noch schneller als davor ab. Dieses mal hats gepasst und das Parfüm wurde auf Defekt überprüft. Die positive Bewertung ist von meinerseits mehr als nur verdient. Vielen Dank und für zukünftige Käufe auf jeden Fall im Hinterkopf!
