Suggestions:

Stand in front of the mirror, turn the cups inside out while holding the edges of the bra cups with your hands (as shown in the photo), position the cups at your desired breast angle, and gently press the edges firmly against your breasts. Repeat the above steps to wear the other cup, making sure both sides are the same height.
