Gently cleanse your breasts, dry your skin with a soft towel, and avoid using moisturizers, perfumes, powder, or other skincare products before wearing the Freebra invisible silicone bra, as this will reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive. 2. Clean the bra after each use to remove dirt and grease.

Suggestions:
Stand in front of the mirror, turn the cups inside out while holding the edges of the bra cups with your hands (as shown in the photo), position the cups at your desired breast angle, and gently press the edges firmly against your breasts. Repeat the above steps to wear the other cup, making sure both sides are the same height.

3. Remove your bra
Open the clasp and then carefully pull the bra off from the top. If any adhesive residue remains on your skin, wipe it with a soft cloth.
Note: If you aren't satisfied with the feel and need to reposition the bra, please gently remove the bra and try again. Too many attempts will reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive, and excessive sweat will also affect it. Therefore, the bra is not suitable for outdoor use in high temperatures or during exercise!
